Dr Justin Perron is a Canadian born, Australian-trained Plastic and Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon. He studied Chemistry and Biochemistry in Calgary Canada at the University of Calgary before moving to Australia to pursue his medical training in 2000.

After growing up in a medically oriented family where his father is also a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Dr Perron decided to continue the tradition, and pursued a career in medicine. Dr Perron completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia before moving to Queensland in 2003.

Dr Perron has spent many years of study and training before completing his Australian Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS). He has worked throughout Queensland, from Townsville to Brisbane, Redcliffe, Caboolture, and Gold Coast. His Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training has taken him from the South East of Queensland to Perth in Western Australia. Dr. Perron presents at surgical conferences, and has published articles in a number of journals. He keeps up to date with the latest trends in Plastic Surgery, and maintains current knowledge in this broad and diverse field.

Dr Justin Perron currently works at the Wesley Hospital, St Andrews War Memorial Hospital, Brisbane Private Hospital and the Spring Hill Specialist Day Hospital. His private rooms are located at Herstellen Clinic in Spring Hill.

Dr Justin Perron has a variety of surgical interests. He can meet to provide personalized answers and care about a variety of surgical procedures including skin cancer treatment, melanoma surgery, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) surgery, breast reduction (reduction mammoplasty), breast augmentation (augmentation mammoplasty), body lift (circumfirential lipoabdominoplasty) surgery, liposuction (suction assisted lipectomy), and breast reconstruction after breast cancer. Dr Perron also performs aesthetic/cosmetic surgery of the breast, abdomen, face and ears. Dr Perron also performs hand surgery for common conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren’s contracture, ganglions, cysts, and is available for afterhours emergency hand injuries, including Work Cover related injuries.

Jess | PRACTICE MANAGER

Jess is an integral member of the Herstellen team, providing comprehensive operational support across the practice while managing the day-to-day running of Dr. Perron’s clinic. With close to six years of experience at Herstellen, she brings a high level of expertise and coordination to both clinical and administrative functions.

As a qualified Dermal and Laser Therapist, Jess has a strong foundation in non-surgical aesthetic treatments. Her extensive knowledge of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery allows her to work closely with surgical teams, ensuring efficient workflow, continuity of care, and optimal patient outcomes.

She is responsible for the coordination of Dr. Perron’s complex operating schedule, managing multiple surgical teams, and aligning clinical resources to support a high standard of care.

Jess has a particular focus on patient-centred support in the context of breast reconstruction following breast cancer. She plays a key role in guiding patients through the various stages of surgical planning, treatment, and recovery, ensuring each individual receives a high level of professional care and support.

Bronte | PRACTICE NURSE

Bronte is a Registered Nurse at Herstellen Clinic, where she provides comprehensive pre- and post-operative support, patient education, wound care management, and clinical assessments in collaboration with Dr. Perron and the broader multidisciplinary team. Her role is integral to ensuring a high standard of continuity of care throughout the surgical journey.

Holding a Bachelor of Nursing, Bronte brings experience from both aged care and hospital-based general surgery nursing. This background has equipped her with a strong foundation in patient-centred care and clinical decision-making.

Since joining Herstellen in 2022, she has developed a particular focus on plastic and reconstructive surgery, with an emphasis on improving patient outcomes through education, early intervention, and evidence-based nursing practices.

In addition to her current responsibilities, Bronte is preparing to undertake further postgraduate studies in the area of metabolic health, aligning with Herstellen’s broader commitment to integrative patient care. Her approach is grounded in clinical excellence, collaboration, and a commitment to supporting positive patient outcomes across all stages of treatment.

Dana | PRACTICE Nurse

Dana is an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with six years of experience, along with an additional four years in the nursing and medical industry. She finds the most rewarding part of her role to be supporting patients throughout their entire journey with the Herstellen team—from their initial consultations and pre-operative assessments, to being in theatre during their procedures, and finally assisting with their post-operative recovery. Dana brings the values of care and support to every interaction, both in clinic and in theatre, ensuring each patient feels guided and understood according to their individual needs, always with a forward-focused, compassionate approach.

Rhi | PRACTICE NURSE

Rhi is a dedicated nurse with five years of experience and a background in plastics, ENT, orthopaedics, and gynaecology across both adult and paediatric care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and is passionate about the hands-on care, problem-solving, and ongoing learning the profession offers. Rhi finds it incredibly rewarding to work in cosmetic and surgical healthcare, where she can help patients regain confidence and feel more comfortable in their own skin. She tailors treatment plans by listening closely to each patient’s needs, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their journey. Known for her empathy, compassion, and positive energy, Rhi is committed to making a genuine difference in every patient’s experience.

Olivia | SENIOR DERMAL THERAPIST

With over a decade of experience in the cosmetic medical field, Olivia holds a Post-Graduate Diploma of Dermal Science from the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS).

Her clinical expertise includes comprehensive patient consultation and assessment, dermatoscopy, laser and light-based therapies, resurfacing procedures, microneedling, and integrative skin health approaches that incorporate gut health and dermatology. Passionate about the connection between inner wellbeing and outward appearance, she is driven by the transformative impact advanced dermal therapies can have on both skin and self-image.

At Herstellen Clinic, she brings a strong commitment to patient-centred care, transparency, and education—ensuring each treatment plan is personalised, effective, and sustainable. Her goal is to empower clients with lasting results and the knowledge to care for their skin confidently beyond the clinic.

Holly | PATIENT CENTRE COORDINATOR

Holly has over 10 years of experience in healthcare, with her career rooted in plastic surgery since the age of 19. Landing her first admin role in the field at a young age sparked a passion that has shaped her professional path ever since. She holds Diplomas in Nursing and Fashion and is currently studying her Bachelor of Nursing online.

Drawn to the creative and transformative nature of plastic surgery, Holly was inspired by its ability to restore and enhance both form and confidence. For the past three years, Holly has been a valued part of the Herstellen Clinic team, where she’s known for her warmth, energy, and genuine care for patients.

She finds joy in building long-term relationships, often reconnecting with patients well beyond their surgical journey. Holly sees herself as a personal PA to every client, guiding them through each step with empathy and compassion – especially when navigating sensitive conversations. Her approach reflects Herstellen’s commitment to making every patient feel seen, supported, and confident in their care.
