You must be an Australian resident who is at least 18 years of age to participate in the Herstellen Hive Loyalty Club. This program is intended for personal use only.

LOYALTY CLUB TIERS

The HIVE Loyalty Club offers different benefits based on Tier levels. Except for the HIVEstar and HIVEpassport which are invite-only, you enroll in your preferred Tier level and determine your annual savings and perks. Specific Tier benefits are only available to you while you are in the applicable Tier and cannot be applied retroactively. In the event that you don’t renew or retain HIVEplatinum, you will lose the benefits from the higher tier.

USING YOUR HIVE VIP LOYALTY DISCOUNTS, POINTS, & HIVECASH

• HIVEstar tier is invite only on a $5,000 or more surgical purchase
• Redeem $1 for every 10 points earned. Example: (100 points = $10 credit)
• Points may be applied to non-discounted services and products at Herstellen Clinic only (excludes surgical services)
• Points and HIVEcash may be redeemed for injectable procedures (up to 50% of the total)
• Discounts, points, and HIVEcash may be combined with manufacturer rebates or programs
• Discounts, points, and HIVEcash are valid on cash or credit card purchases.
• Points earned during a visit can only be redeemed at a future visit
• Surgical, injectable, and laser & skincare procedures are excluded from earning points
• HIVEcash and Point awards are accrued on net balances only
• Bonus points will be awarded after confirmation of completion of each action
• Points will rollover each year as long as your membership is active
• HIVEcash is valid for 1 year after issue date
• Surgery anniversary points will be awarded on the one year anniversary of your surgical procedure
• Maximum accrual of 30,000 points. When you have reached this maximum, you must redeem points in order to continue earning more

HIVE LOYALTY PERKS AND BENEFITS

Depending on your tier level, you may be eligible to redeem program perks or one-time bonus savings. Refer to Section HIVE Loyalty Program Description to determine your eligibility.

PERKS

• Perks CAN be transferred from HIVE member to a friend or family member
• The value of perks may not be redeemed for cash
• Perk value cannot be transferred toward another service or treatment

ONE-TIME BONUS SAVINGS

• May not be combined with any other offers or discounts
• HIVE Loyalty points or HIVEcash may not be redeemed with one-time bonus savings
• One-time bonus savings may not be applied to other procedures or services.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in this Program, each participant agrees to receive communications from Herstellen Clinic and Dr. Justin Perron related to participation in this Program.

This Program is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed. This Program is valid in Australia only. This Program is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is governed by the internal laws of the State Queensland.

HERSTELLEN HIVE LOYALTY PROGRAM – CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

Herstellen Clinic may at any time, without prior notice, terminate or modify the HIVE program and/or these terms and conditions. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, or terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Herstellen Clinic in its sole discretion. Herstellen Clinic reserves the right to void referrals and rewards earned if it suspects that the referrals or gift certificate credits were earned in a fraudulent manner, in a manner that violates applicable law or these terms previously described, or in a manner otherwise not intended by Herstellen Clinic.
